Jason is a California native and served in the United States Air Force. He launched iStaff Pros in 2016, fueled by his passion for helping insurance agents find the best solutions for their staffing needs! Built on a promise to deliver, his leadership and vision has made iStaff Pros the #1 staffing firm for the insurance industry!

Since joining iStaff Pros in 2020, Rebecca's passion, dedication and commitment to excellence is seen everyday in all she does. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and recruiting, she has what it takes to identify the talent that we are proud to provide to our clients.

Jessica S.

Jessica joined iStaff Pros in 2020 with over 15 years of customer service and management experience. Combined with her passion for serving others and creating an employee-first culture, she enjoys leading our Remote CSR Program and cares deeply about the needs of others.

Mayra L.

Mayra joined iStaff Pros in 2021, with over 10 years of insurance industry experience. From beginners to advanced staff members, Mayra provides ongoing instruction and support which has become crucial to the success of our program. As a military spouse, she has expanded her knowledge of the insurance industry across multiple states and platforms.
